Once again, only an electronic version of the program will be offered, but the program file will be available for download and printing at home before the Convention. Advertisements and shout-outs will also be featured in a slideshow during the convention for added exposure. Ad copy will be accepted in both full color or black and white.

The cut-off date for all advertisements and shout-outs is FRIDAY, April 25, 2025. To ensure your program ad and shout-outs are processed and included, payment must be submitted with your order. Any orders received after this deadline will not be included.
