Join us in making this year’s CREATE YOUR SUCCESS SPACE event a memorable and impactful event! We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to help us provide an exciting and enriching experience for all attendees. Your time and effort will play a crucial role in supporting students and families as they prepare for the new school year. **Event Details:**📅 Sunday, July 27, 2025📍 Metea Valley High School🕛 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM **Volunteer Opportunities:**- **Event Setup and Breakdown:** Assist with setting up booths, arranging materials, and decorating the venue. Help ensure everything runs smoothly during the event and assist with clean-up afterward.- **Registration and Information Booth:** Welcome attendees, manage check-in, and provide information and directions throughout the event.- **Workshop Assistance:** Support workshop facilitators by helping with materials, managing participant activities, and ensuring sessions run smoothly.- **School Supply Giveaway:** Help distribute school supplies to students, manage inventory, and assist with any special requests.- **Health and Wellness Booths:** Assist vendors and organizations with setting up their booths, engaging attendees, and providing information about health and wellness resources.- **Entertainment and Activities:** Support live performances, games, and interactive activities, ensuring everyone has a fun and safe experience.- **Career Exploration:** Help manage career exploration booths, engage with students, and provide information about different career paths and opportunities. **Volunteer Benefits:**- **Community Impact:** Make a difference in the lives of students and families by helping them prepare for a successful school year.- **Networking:** Connect with other volunteers, community leaders, and local organizations.- **Skills Development:** Gain valuable experience in event planning, teamwork, and community service.- **Recognition:** Receive a Community Service Hours Letter and a special thank-you gift for your contribution. **How to Volunteer:**To sign up as a volunteer, please complete this volunteer registration form.
