The 2025 training is Mandated by Monroe County FL Emergency Management for renewal of the Critical Business Early Re-entry Placard.  MCFR and MCEM is hosting the refresher in-person training for Monroe Emergency Reserve Corp (MERC) ahead of the 2025 storm season. This component of the Training is 8-hour in-person hands-on refresher on Emergency Response during a natural disaster  ✔  Review and practice best practices for emergencies.
