Food Vendor

You must bring your own table!  This event is free to the public to attend, but in order to help us fundraise to put on the event, vendor booths will be charged a donation. We are a 501c3 organization and rely on volunteers and donations to fund all of our programming. We have to cover event insurance and portable toilets for this event, in addition to fund raising for Easter eggs, prizes, etc. The costs are quite high for all of these things, so we appreciate your donations so very much!  This event will be shared through multiple social media channels, as well as in neighborhood newsletters (both ours and the district 5 newsletter). Dallas Parks and Rec will also share for us. At our last Easter event in 2024, we had over 100 people show up and this one will be even bigger and better! We have a craft table and dancers/singers provided through the City of Dallas Arts and Culture department!  There will be more information closer to the date, but parking is a hurdle at this event. You can park on a side street near the park, or at Troy Suggs Funeral Home 7623 Military Parkway (5 minute walk down the sidewalk, and our alternate location if there is bad weather). I will be borrowing cones and directing a line up at the front of the park where people can drop off their things and then go park their car. The set up will be in the park starting at 11am. The event is from 12-2pm, but please set up early as people will start trickling in for the egg hunt at 12pm sharp! There are a lot of trees in this park, but if you would like to bring shade, that would be great too!
