Alyssa Archer is a certified Yoga Teacher and licensed Massage Therapist with a heart for helping others feel at home in their bodies. Since 2019, she has shared yoga throughout northeastern North Carolina, guiding practices that support presence, ease, and connection. Inspired by a personal journey that began in high school and led her all the way to India to experience the origins of yoga, she went on to complete her 200 hour training in Tennessee. In addition to her weekly classes at Adinkra Yoga Studios in Moyock, Alyssa brings sound baths and intentional gatherings to markets, festivals, and spaces across the region, and also offers private yoga and sound sessions for individuals and small groups.
