-8am for 11am game

-10am for a 2:30pm game

-1pm for a 7pm game

Location: BLUR Events Tailgate Compound, Lincoln, Nebraska

By purchasing, accepting, or holding a ticket (the “Ticket”), you (“Participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”). This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between Participant and Lancaster County Medical Alliance (“LCMA”) and BLUR Events, LLC (“BLUR”).

1 Admission & Eligibility

1.1 All Ages Welcome. Minors (under 21) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
1.2 Alcohol Service. Government-issued photo ID is required for guests 21+ to obtain an over-21 wristband. Alcoholic beverages will be served only to guests wearing a valid 21+ wristband. Sharing or furnishing alcohol to anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate removal without refund.
1.3 Ticket = One Person. Each Ticket admits one individual. Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from LCMA/BLUR.
1.4 In/Out Privileges. Participants may exit and re-enter the tailgate during posted operating hours. Wristbands must remain intact and visible; tampering voids the Ticket.

2 Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

2.1 Packages & Prices (taxes included):
  • Complete Tailgate Package – $99 (all food + alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages*)
  • Non-Alcohol Package – $69 (all food + non-alcoholic beverages)
*Guests under 21 who purchase a Complete Package will receive Non-Alcohol service only. Price differences will not be refunded.

2.2 No Refunds / No Cancellations. All sales are final. Participant waives any right to charge back or otherwise dispute fees once a Ticket is purchased.

2.3 Event Time Adjustment. If the Big Ten Conference changes the kick-off time, the Ticket remains valid for the rescheduled hours (see § 4). No refund or credit will be issued.

3 Code of Conduct

3.1 Participant agrees to behave responsibly, obey staff instructions, and comply with all applicable laws, including Nebraska liquor laws.
3.2 LCMA/BLUR reserve the right to refuse service, remove, or ban—without refund—any Participant whose conduct is unsafe, disorderly, or interferes with others’ enjoyment.
3.3 No outside food, beverage, weapons, or illegal substances are permitted. Bags are subject to search.

4 Tailgate Hours & Services

Tailgate opens and closes per final kick-off time:
  • 11 AM kick-off: 8 AM – 1 hour post-game
  • 2:30 PM kick-off: 10 AM – 1 hour post-game
  • 7 PM kick-off: 1 PM – 1 hour post-game

4.1 Buffet service begins 2.5 hours before kick-off and runs for 3 hours. Menu and beverage selections may change without notice.
4.2 LCMA/BLUR may modify operating hours, menus, or amenities for safety, weather, or operational reasons without liability.

5 Assumption of Risk & Release

Participant understands that tailgate activities involve inherent risks (including food/alcohol consumption, crowds, and outdoor conditions). Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks and releases LCMA, BLUR, their officers, members, volunteers, employees, agents, sponsors, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) from any liability arising from attendance or participation. Parents/guardians assume all risks on behalf of attending minors.

6 Indemnification

Participant agrees to indemnify and defend the Released Parties against all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of Participant’s (or an accompanying minor’s) acts or omissions, violation of this Agreement, or injury to any person or property caused by Participant.

7 Media Release

Participant grants LCMA and BLUR the right to use Participant’s (and any accompanying minor’s) likeness, image, voice, and statements in any live or recorded media for promotional or archival purposes without compensation.

8 Force Majeure

Neither LCMA nor BLUR shall be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, acts of God, labor disputes, health emergencies, or governmental orders. If the event is canceled for a force-majeure reason, organizers may reschedule or issue a credit at their discretion; refunds will not be provided.

9 Severability & Modification

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. LCMA/BLUR reserve the right to update these terms; the version in effect on the purchase date governs the Ticket.

10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by Nebraska law. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, Nebraska, and Participant consents to jurisdiction therein.

BY COMPLETING THE PURCHASE, PARTICIPANT AFFIRMS THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPT ALL TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT (INCLUDING RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY MINORS ACCOMPANYING THEM). DIGITAL ACCEPTANCE IS DEEMED EQUIVALENT TO A HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURE.
