Parties (TCE PTO) may incur, in connection with my participation in the Event. I do hereby acknowledge that the activities at the TCE Girls Gala may pose known and unanticipated substantial risks of physical injury, disease, illness, damage to or loss of personal property, or death. Dates may be rescheduled due to weather. Such monies will be considered a donation to Timberlin Creek Elementary PTO. In the case of defective merchandise, the defective merchandise may be returned to PTO within 10 days of purchase for an exchange of the same or like value merchandise.
