Chaperones who desire a private room, or who share a room with a non-chaperone spouse, will pay a $65 fee for half the cost of the room.

All chaperones will be assigned double rooms until payment for a single room is received.  The deadline for receipt of single room payment is Friday, December 6, 2024.
