Registering as a NonMember also guarantees that KyAEA will use a portion of your registration cost to help you gain NAEA/KyAEA member status.

This registration ticket includes admission to the 3rd Annual KyAEA Student Conference for 11th and 12th grade students only. Students will receive a college tour onsite, participate in art-making workshops, and have lunch onsite. Each student will also receive a KyAEA Swag Bag. Teachers bringing students are limited to registering 5 students each. Teachers are free, but are expected to remain with their students for the conference day.
This ticket guarantees participation in the Student/Teacher art show. Additional information about submitting work will be available on social media and the KyAEA website.
2025 Fall Conference Vendor Day will be on November 15, 2025 at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Ky. The set up times are from 3pm - 6pm on Friday, November 14th OR 7am - 9am on Saturday, November 15th. Vending times will be from 9:00am - 4:00pm on Saturday, November 15th. This ticket includes two meal tickets for lunch. Vendors are required to donate at least one item/basket/product to the KyAEA Silent Auction where money is raised to fund our Alan Perkins Undergrad and Graduate Scholarships. Please bring this item with your upon check-in. This ticket also includes an invitation to the KyAEA Awards Gala on Saturday evening at 7pm. This ticket includes a full page advertisement for your company in the conference booklet. Please email a PDF or JPEG version of your advertisement to [email protected] after registration is complete. Vendors are encouraged to hold a hands-on class or workshop to promote their products.
