🎉 Excitement is in the air! Get ready to be part of something extraordinary with the Seaforth Marching Band. It's an experience like no other, and we want you to be there! 🎉In order to write an award winning show, we need to know the number of students marching.  This fee will reserve your spot on the field and is non-refundable.  By paying this fee, you are agreeing to be in the Seaforth Marching Band for the 2025 season and participate in ALL the practices, games and competitions.  We NEED every single student to be available and present during the entire season.  The marching band schedule is being released early, so PLEASE schedule your vacations and family trips around the camps and practices.  We understand illnesses and unavoidable situations do occur, but we are asking that these be limited whenever possible.If this fee is NOT paid, your student will NOT be marching in the show, no exceptions.  The drill writer bases the entire show on the number of students available to march and when there are unfilled holes, the show does not look cohesive, and going back to add or remove spots is an onerous and expensive task.    * The preferred choice of payment is through Zeffy to keep track of everyone’s form, however, if you wish to pay by check, you must fill out the form, print it, sign the bottom and send it along with your check (you do not to need proceed to payment page but your student’s name, instrument and rising grade level must be completed).  Your child will NOT be included in the numbers until the check has been received WITH the form.  Please make checks payable to Seaforth Band Association, P.O. Box 1622, Pittsboro, NC 27312 Fees are due by Feb 28th so we can send the numbers to the drill writer.  Your attention to this matter is very much appreciated.  ** Please note, when you check out there will be a line that states: Support the 100% free platform we use! ❤️️ with a percentage added to your total.  This is completely optional.  Zeffy is a platform that is designed especially for non-profits.  There are no fees applied to your purchase so we get 100% of any purchases or donations.  This line is asking for you to consider donating to Zeffy so they can continue to operate on a fee free basis.  You can enter “Other” and choose $0 or you can enter a random amount (for example $5).  The choice is yours and is not required.
