Below are the details you’ll need to know for the event: 📅 Date: MLK Day📍 Location: Magic Island to Kapiolani Park, Honolulu⏰ Time Commitment: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Volunteer Schedule & Responsibilities:    •    6:30 AM: Arrival & Parking    •    Arrive early to find parking at Kapiolani Park or the surrounding areas.    •    Carpooling is highly encouraged, as parking will be limited.    •    7:00 AM – 9:00 AM: FTC Area Set Up & Decorating    •    Assist in setting up our area and decorating our Do It For The Culture parade jeep.    •    9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Walking in the Parade    •    Meet at Magic Island for the parade kick-off. We will walk together to Kapiolani Park alongside our decorated jeep.    •    If you park at Kapiolani Park early, you can walk or grab a ride share to the starting point at Magic Island.    •    12:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Festival Support & Enjoyment    •    Enjoy the festival! Celebrate the day with live entertainment, food, and community engagement.    •    Help where needed by:    •    Answering questions about the festival and Do It For The Culture.    •    Assisting with keeping the park clean by pointing attendees to trash bins and recycling stations. Parking Information:    •    Parking is only available at Kapiolani Park and the surrounding areas.    •    Carpooling is highly encouraged due to limited space.
