2026 Ponca City Herb Festival Vendor Registration
Booth Registration Fee
$125
Each booth space has a 12' frontage with a MAXIMUM of 2 (10'x10') tents' depth depending upon booth placement.
Prior approval must be obtained from the Herb Fest Committee before more than one vendor can share one booth space.
Nonprofit Booth Registration Fee
$50
Nonprofit agencies must have prior approval from the Herb Fest Committee before this price selection as spaces are limited.
