To secure your participation, a deposit of $100 is required. This deposit is necessary due to past instances of last-minute cancellations. Upon your arrival and setup at the event, $90 (1 table) or $80 (2 tables) of the deposit will be refunded to you. The remaining $10 or $20 will be retained by the PTO to cover administrative costs.
