A monetary donation

First Responder Softball Tournament hosted by Bowling Green Firefighters Local 2379 benefiting the Bowling Green Firefighters Community Benefit Fund. Come join us for a fun-filled weekend of softball at 401 Campbell Hill Rd. Get ready to swing for the fences, make some amazing catches, and enjoy some friendly competition with fellow first responders. Don't miss out on the chance to showcase your skills and make lasting memories with your team! There will also be plenty of family activities including touch-a-truck, home run derby, fire safety house, and more! Food trucks will be available.  You must be a first responder (Firefighter, EMT or Police Officer) that is affiliated with an agency in Northwest Ohio. <ul><li>Eligibility<ul><li>All players must be affiliated with a Fire Department, Police Department or Emergency Services in Northwest Ohio.</li><li>Each player must be listed on the team roster and must sign the waiver.</li><li>Team Entry Fee: $400 <ul><li>(Entry to Tournament, umpire fees, balls, field rentals)</li></ul></li><li>Registration Deadline: September 13th, 2025</li></ul></li></ul> <ul><li>Team <ul><li>Max Roster: 20 Players</li><li>Min Roster: 10 Players</li><li>Max Batters allowed Per Game: 15 Players</li><li>Coed is allowed: No minimum, No Maximum. Must follow eligibility rules.</li><li>Teams may include members from multiple agencies. (Stacking teams not allowed)</li><li>Players must remain on the same roster throughout the tournament.</li><li>All players must be 18+ years old.</li><li>Teams may have a minimum of nine players due to injury or ejection.</li><li>Teams will be granted a 10 minute grace period to field a team. Thereafter it will be considered a forfeit.</li></ul></li><li>Double Elimination<ul><li>Teams are guaranteed 2 games minimum.</li><li>The championship game is double elimination.</li><li>Team captain must report at least 30 minutes ahead of their scheduled game time.</li><li>Five complete innings will be considered a complete game in the event of rainout.</li></ul></li></ul> Mark your calendars and gather your teammates for a weekend of sports, camaraderie, and excitement.
