No entry will be accepted without a current registration number. Dancers MUST present their registration card the day of the competition to receive their competition number.</li><li>Competitors must register online no later than June 1, 2025. Late entries will not be accepted. No field entries accepted. Dancers registered before May 1st enjoy an "early bird" 10% discount on their category registration fee.</li><li>Age groupings will be determined by entries received.</li><li>Premier dancers age 30 and over may register to dance in the 30+ section with cut steps, or in the regular premier section with full steps. Dancers may not compete in both groups. </li><li>Premier dancers of any age may register for the Premier Jig Challenge and age groups will be determined by the number of entries. </li><li>Any competitor not reporting when their number or group is called may not be allowed to dance.</li><li>Dancers registering last will be first to dance.</li><li>Dancers must fill in for the Strathspey &amp; Highland Reel when asked to do so.</li><li>Competitors must remain in costume until all medals and trophies have been awarded.</li><li>In accordance with ScotDance USA policies, dancers must not change costumes in public view.</li><li>The decisions of the Adjudicator are final. Petitions should be filed to the Dance Organizer no later than 48 hours after the event. The petition should be in writing and accompanied with a $25.00 fee that will be refunded if petition is warranted.</li><li>Three-Month Rule – Judges may not adjudicate any competitor that they have instructed for a period of three months.
