Thank you for participating in the 2025 Wine and Walleye Festival! Below are details for our Vendors! Hours                      The Festival hours for vendors are Friday July 25th 5PM-9PM Saturday, July 26th 12PM-9PM & Sunday, July 27th 10AM-5PM. RAIN OR SHINE!                         We ask the Vendors to remain open for the duration of the event unless sold out.                            Your space All vendors will be allotted a 10 x 10. Tents, tables, chairs, etc. are the responsibility of the Vendor.                         All tents must have weights attached to the legs (sand buckets/bags, water buckets etc). Stakes may not be used on the streets or sidewalks.                         Sides will only be allowed in case of bad weather. Tents must remain open with a clear view to the businesses behind them. If sides are necessary for your display please explain as it may affect your placement.                         You MUST remain in your assigned 10 x 10 specified area as the placement is also very specific to allow for the appropriate distance REQUIRED by the state regarding our Emergency Action Plan for first responder accessibility. Please be aware of and respect boundaries.                            Parking & Helpers                         All vendors and their helpers will be able to drop off merchandise and/or equipment for set-up. Once you have unloaded, we ask that you remove your vehicle from the blockaded area and find appropriate parking. Anyone who DOES NOT remove their vehicle and park outside of the barricades will be expelled from future events, all parking lots within the barriers are PROHIBITED from use.                         You will receive an email early in the week of the event with specific directions/times for how to proceed with setup.                         Failure to follow this process will result in expulsion from future events.                            Security                         Overnight security will be provided from 5pm Friday until 10am Sunday.
