Thank you for your participation in the 2025 Thanksgiving Camp held at and hosted by Keystone Resort November 24-28 , 2025, we are looking forward to a great event! PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DESCRIPTION AND INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY. In order to participate in the 2025 Thanksgiving Camp your racer must have participated in the WST program for a minimum of two (2) years and raced a minimum of four (4) race weekends. To provide a safe and positive camp experience the 2025 Thanksgiving Camp will be capped at a maximum of 30 participants. &nbsp;The first 30 to purchase the tickets will participate. &nbsp;We expect this event to sell out. As we have previously discussed, each racer needs to pay an $875 coaching fee for the event. &nbsp;To do so, please purchase 1 ticket per racer. &nbsp;Each racer must have purchased their $875 Coaching Fee &quot;ticket&quot; no later than August 17, 2025. This camp is held at and hosted by Keystone Resort and coached by our own Wilmot Mountain coaches with support by volunteers and other Keystone/Vail employees. &nbsp;The coaching fee that is being collected will cover each racer&#39;s coaching cost and will be paid by WST to Wilmot Mountain for that purpose. &nbsp; Each racer must supply his/her own transportation to and from the event and during the event. Each racer must supply his/her own lodging and meals to and from the event and during the event. Each racer must have his/her own 2025-2026 Epic Pass (which must be valid for the dates of the event at Keystone Resort). &nbsp; While not required, it is recommended that each racer and each parent have a Rocky Talkie radio. &nbsp;We intend to have a &quot;parent&quot; channel and a &quot;racer&quot; channel in much the same way we do at WIJARA races. Each racer is expected to bring full SL gear and GS gear. &nbsp;No racer will be allowed to participate without the proper helmet. &nbsp;There are no exceptions. &nbsp;The type of training (SL or GS) depends on the daily weather and conditions and will be announced each morning via TeamSnap. Each racer (or their parent) should be expected to supply a copy of their medical insurance card and sign an additional waiver during check-in at Keystone Resort on Monday November 24th. Each racer (and their parents) will be expected to comply with all mountain rules as outlined by Keystone Resort and Wilmot Mountain when you purchased your Epic Pass and your Jr. Race Team Membership.
