We work with yacht club and sailing organization leaders to cause better interface amongst the clubs and organizations in the Lake Michigan Region.   LMSRF promotes sail racing competition on Lake Michigan for Offshore, Youth, and Small-Boat One Design sailors. We work to grow the numbers of boats on starting lines.  We also provide racing information through newsletters, e-mails, social media and our web site as well as educational programs. Your organization's membership includes the opportunity to submit a one-page flyer for each of your club's events to be published in Lake Michigan SuRF, our e-newsmagazine. Please let your event hosts know this is available. LMSRF supervises the functioning of racing and provides an Appeals Committee for the next step in the progression to the US Sailing Appeals process. We are home to the Lake Michigan Sailing Hall of Fame. Your organization's representatives are eligible to apply to our famous Grants-in-Aid program.
