Join the Pathways Association of Nebraska for our 2026 Annual Conference, Pathways to Resilience, on Friday, October 23 at Water&rsquo;s Edge Church in Gretna. We&rsquo;re excited to bring the PAN conference back with a full day of learning, connection, and practical ideas for professionals working with children and families across Nebraska. The conference is designed especially for frontline staff, supervisors, administrators, and community partners who want useful tools they can take back to their everyday work. The day will include keynote speakers, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and the presentation of PAN&rsquo;s annual awards. Sessions will focus on resilience, supporting children and families, strengthening the workforce, and navigating the challenges facing Nebraska&rsquo;s child- and family-serving systems. Our goal is simple: provide a high-quality, affordable conference that gives people doing this important work a chance to learn from one another, build connections across organizations, and leave with ideas they can actually use. Registration is $50 per person. Organizations may also register six attendees for $250. Current PAN member agencies receive a discounted registration rate of $40 per attendee with their member code.
