The Iota Phi Foundation will be taking a group of 8th to 11th grade students on an overnight camping trip (tent camping) from July 17th to July 19th at the Bear Run Campgrounds. WE ONLY HAVE OPENINGS FOR BOYS MOVING FORWARD. WE HAVE REACHED OUR CAPACITY FOR GIRLS AS OF 7/7/2026. All necessary camping equipment, supplies, and food will be provided. Omega men will lead the group in a wide range of educational and fun activities. Transportation will be provided. The drop off and pick up location is Anderson Manor located at 1423 Liverpool Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15233. We will depart promptly at Noon on Friday, July 18th and return at approximately Noon on Sunday, July 20th. This outdoor experience is part of the Pittsburgh Omega Outdoor Adventure Program that aims to help youth build long-lasting relationships while engaging in outdoor activities. Parent/Student Orientation is on Monday, July 13th at 7 PM: This meeting is an in-person meeting. We would like a parent to bring the child to the meeting. It will last approximately one hour. Students will learn how to set up the tents they will be sleeping in and tent assignments will be made. We will also review rules, collect needed waivers, and answer any questions.
