Registering as a vendor for the 2026 Bulverde VFW Post 12205 Car Show provides you with a 10×10 booth space to showcase your products or services. Your vendor registration directly supports our land and building fund, helping us secure a permanent facility to serve over 25,000 veterans across Southern Blanco, Eastern Kendall, Western Comal, and Northern Bexar counties.

• Vendors must provide their own 10×10 pop‑ups, pop‑up weights, tables, and any required electrical extension cords.
• Vendors must be unloaded by 8:00 a.m. and fully ready for the public by 10:00 a.m.
• The VFW reserves the right to remove from sale any items not considered family‑friendly.
• Rain‑or‑shine event — no refunds, exchanges, or resale of vendor spaces.
