LXCL:Community Resource booths are for nonprofits and programs offering resources, services, or information (not primarily selling products). A $15 reservation fee helps confirm attendance and reduce last-minute no-shows. Electricity is not available. Booth spaces are 10'x10'.

Apply here to reserve a vendor booth at Chisago Lakes Pride 2026. Vendor booths are a great way to connect with the community, share your products/services, and support a welcoming, family-friendly event. Important details: Booth fee is $15 for a 10&#39;x10&#39; space (required to reserve your space)&bull; Electricity is not available for vendor booths&mdash;please plan to operate without power&bull; Vendors must follow our Event Code of Conduct and booth rules (family-friendly displays/signage)&bull; You are responsible for any required licenses, permits, and sales tax obligations&bull; Chisago Lakes Pride does not guarantee attendance or sales. Vendor Participation Agreement: By applying and/or paying vendor fees, you agree to:Follow the Event Code of Conduct and operate in a family-friendly mannerFollow organizer instructions for setup, teardown, safety, and booth placementStay within assigned space and keep walkways clearNo amplified sound at booths unless approved in writingKeep your area clean and remove all items and trash at teardownElectricity is not available for vendor boothsTents must be properly secured with weights or small stakesYou are responsible for required licenses, taxes, and permits. Food vendors must have all required licensing/permits and provide proof upon request.Organizers may deny or remove a vendor for violations or unsafe behavior. Vendor fees may be nonrefundable if removed for cause.Organizer decisions on-site are final.
