A Beloved Tradition at Emmons Lutheran ChurchFor more than 60 years, one of the most cherished traditions at Emmons Lutheran Church has been our annual Lutefisk Supper—a celebration of our congregation’s Norwegian heritage that first began during the pastorate of Rev. L. Donald Docken. Each year, this special event brings together our entire church family—young and old alike—to serve nearly 800 guests. Alongside the traditional lutefisk, we also offer delicious meatballs for those who prefer an alternative. The 2026 Lutefisk Supper will be held on Wednesday, November 4th.The Ways and Means Committee is delighted to invite you to join us for this year’s event, with four seatings available:

11:00 am

12:30 pm

5:30 pm

7:00 pm

Tickets are available at the following locations:

Emmons Lutheran Church Office – Emmons, MN

MBT Bank – Lake Mills, IA

Security Bank – Emmons, MN (8:00 am – 12:00 pm)

Albert Lea Convention and Visitors Bureau – Albert Lea, MN

We look forward to welcoming you to another memorable evening of food, fellowship, and heritage!
