Please only park in the assign parking spaces to allow access in case of emergency. Cost: $30/person (scout, parent, or sibling) The Rules (please read these – you are signing off on them!): ◊ Scouts must be in good standing with both the BSA and pack ◊ BSA Youth Protection – When staying in tents, no youth (scout, sibling, invited guest) will stay in the tent of an adult other than his or her parent or [legal] guardian. ◊ No sheath knives, lawn darts, weapons, alcohol, fireworks, personal archery equipment or illegal substances. ◊ Individual campfires NOT permitted.  Only campfire permitted is one supervised by the Pack. ◊ Cars and trucks are NOT permitted in camp.  All gear must be carried into camp.  Park in lot and use wagons provided. ◊ Each camper – scout, sibling, adult - will be required to have a completed BSA medical form, Parts A&amp;B with them when they arrive. Please put the forms in a sealed envelope and you will get them back sealed (unless we need them) at the end of the campout. This means helping the group clean up the PACK stuff as well as your family’s stuff.◊ Each family with a scout Tigers rank (1st grade) or above will sign up for a job as a part of this Zeffy form.  If circumstances change and they are unable to perform its role, they are responsible for finding a replacement and providing that person's name to the campsite job coordinator.  Please see the descriptions below:1. Job CoordinatorMaintain the volunteer schedule and make sure parents are where they need to be at the appropriate times. Give advance reminders, handle emergency coverage gaps/substitutions, and communicate issues to Pack leadership.2. Grocery Shopping &amp; Food TransportationPurchase all food, beverages, ice and grocery consumables from the final list. Maintain safe temperatures for cold/frozen food and transport all groceries to the campsite. Must be camping Friday night or willing to drop off food on the first night of camping.3. Friday &amp; Saturday Check-InHandle family check-ins Friday and Saturday, direct arriving families to the appropriate areas, collect health forms, and provide basic weekend information.4. Saturday BreakfastSet out continental breakfast, coffee/hot chocolate and beverages; replenish food and clean up afterward.5. Morning Stations – AOL/Webelos/BearsStay with the group through Leaf Etching → Popsicle Bridge → Map/Compass/Radio. Assist the Cubmaster with the activities and keeping Scouts moving on schedule.6. Morning Stations – Lions/Tigers/WolvesStay with the group through Map/Compass/Radio → Leaf Etching → Popsicle Bridge. Assist the Assistant Cubmaster with the activities and keeping Scouts moving on schedule.7. Pizza Lunch &amp; Popsicle Bridge TestingCoordinate pizza, set up and serve lunch and beverages, assist with bridge testing, and clean up afterward.8. Organized GamesPlan the games beforehand, set up equipment/playing areas, organize Scouts and run the games period.9. Afternoon Stations – AOL/Webelos/BearsStay with the group through Leatherworking → Nature Hike/Scavenger Hunt. Assist the Cubmaster with both activities and keeping Scouts on schedule.10. Afternoon Stations – Lions/Tigers/WolvesStay with the group through Nature Hike/Scavenger Hunt → Leatherworking. Assist the Assistant Cubmaster with both activities and keeping Scouts on schedule.11. Saturday Dinner – CookingPrepare spaghetti, buttered spaghetti, meatballs, sauce, garlic bread and salad; coordinate cooking so dinner is ready at 5:30 PM.12. Saturday Dinner – Serving &amp; CleanupSet up buffet/chafing dishes and beverages, replenish food during dinner, and handle kitchen/dining-area cleanup.13. Glow Rock HuntPaint rocks before or during the trip, hide them Saturday evening, assist with the hunt and retrieve the rocks afterward.14. Campfire Setup &amp; Fire SafetyAssist the Cubmaster and AOL Scouts with campfire setup. Stage firewood, fire-starting supplies, water buckets and safety equipment and help maintain fire safety.15. Campfire Program &amp; S'moresHelp with skits, songs and other campfire activities; set up/manage s'mores and hot chocolate and clean up afterward.16. Sunday Breakfast – CookingPrepare scrambled eggs and bacon and set out remaining continental breakfast items.17. Sunday Breakfast – Serving &amp; CleanupSet up beverages/serving area, replenish food and clean the kitchen/dining area afterward.18. Pack Equipment &amp; InventoryKeep track of Pack-owned equipment and supplies, consolidate equipment Sunday and make sure nothing is left behind.19. Final Campsite &amp; Common-Area CleanupCheck campsites/common areas, collect trash, restore the facility and conduct the final Leave No Trace sweep. Tentative Schedule: Friday, October 26:00–7:45 PM — Arrival, Check-In &amp; Campsite Setup Families arrive, check in, unload equipment, and set up their campsites.7:45–9:30 PM — Movie &amp; Snacks Everyone gathers at 7:45 PM. The movie begins at 8:00 PM. Popcorn, pretzels, and other planned snacks will be available.After Movie — Return to Campsites / Bedtime Families return to their campsites and prepare for bed. Saturday, October 38:00–9:30 AM — Breakfast &amp; Saturday Check-In Continental breakfast will be available.
