Please see below information for registering and paying for a arts/crafts booth or food truck.&nbsp; This event is scheduled for BOTH Friday and Saturday. Please plan to setup both days.&nbsp; Friday: Be setup by noon if possible. You can either come early am before school traffic or after. Saturday: Setup starts at 6AM. Arrival: When you arrive to setup, please check-in at the Pilot Club tent for your booth ID and tax registration forms. You will not be allowed to setup without your booth ID.&nbsp; Food Trucks/Vendors: Please call/text 662-542-6435 or 321-271-4673 to register. Space is VERY limited. These spots are also based on first come/first serve and variety offered so that space can be efficiently used. Prepayment is the only way to confirm a spot. Pilot Club reserves the right to refund payments if there are too many of the same type of food vendor. In that case, the first that paid will be given the spot.&nbsp; Pilot Club may also refuse/refund payments from vendors if there are multiple registrants for the same product/food selection, prior issues with payment and/or product(s), services, food quality, complaints, etc.&nbsp; **NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND** **TAXES MUST BE COLLECTED FROM ALL VENDORS BUY EITHER CASH OR CHECK MADE PAYABLE TO PILOT CLUB OF HOUSTON** MS Dept of Revenue requires us to send ONE payment to them for all of the tax money collected. Pilot Club does NOT get to keep these funds.&nbsp; Your registration fees go directly to help fuel our local community mission. Pilot Club is a non-profit run by volunteers that provide brain injury awareness, safety education, and practical support for first-responders, individuals, families, and their caregivers facing brain-related disorders.
