Our event brings together hundreds of local car enthusiasts, students, parents, and community members, creating a high-traffic opportunity for your team. To help us meet our fundraising goals this year, we are asking all vendor partners to donate 20% of their sales from the event directly back to our 501(c)3 nonprofit the Freedom High School Parents Club. We are happy to provide you a letter of donation for your tax purposes. We will use these funds to help support each class (2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030) with activity and event needs, scholarship endeavors, and a Safe and Sober Grad Nite event. &nbsp;&nbsp; What we provide for you:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Prime Parking: A dedicated, highly visible vending space in the main event area.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Free Promotion: Your business featured on our event flyers, social media pages, website and school announcements.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Live Shout-outs: Regular promotions over the PA system during the show.</li></ul>Spaces are limited to ensure a profitable day for all participating vendors. Your purchase of this ticket is your agreement to remain on site until the end of the event at 3:00 PM.
