Private-sector employees, vendors, consultants, and contractors are not eligible for this registration type, even if they perform work for a government agency.

These successful CIOs, CISOs, and agency heads will be joined by the private sector partners that helped them deliver results, giving attendees a clear view of what worked, how it was implemented, and the outcomes that followed. The Florida Technology Council&#39;s 2026 Florida Government Leadership &amp; Modernization Summit will be held in Tallahassee as a two-day event&nbsp;in partnership with Florida State University and the Florida Department of Education&nbsp;in collaboration with&nbsp;the Association of Florida Colleges. This year&rsquo;s summit will feature the&nbsp;Florida Department of Education&#39;s 4th Annual Florida College System (FCS) Cybersecurity Competition, adding a high energy competitive element to an event already focused on leadership, innovation, and real world results, along with CIOs and CISOs from our Florida College System (FCS).
