All children (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please indicate on the form how many campers and how many nights. For camp visitors: Meals are $8 per meal per person for those not staying overnight. Registration Deadline: May 24th at 11:59 p.m. Sleeping arrangements: The campground has two sets of bunkhouses (4 boys bunkhouses and 4 girls bunkhouses that sleep 16 each) and one bathhouse per side. The campground policy is no girls on the boys’ side and vice versa.  There are also six hotel style rooms, each with two-three twin beds and a private bathroom in the basement of the main building. These rooms will be first assigned by request to families with little children (7 and under) and to older persons (70 or older) who would prefer not to bunk in the common bunkhouses. Parents with little ones are free to bring pack-and-plays for their little ones. Children are to bunk in the same room with a parent, if possible. We will have an adult assigned to monitor each cabin. If you have a child or children who need to sleep in a different room than you per the rules below, please let the cabin monitor know. Children eight years and older may sleep in a cabin without a parent in the some instances: 1) If the child (eight years old and up) has only one parent at the camp, and the child is the opposite sex of their parent. 2) If a child (eight years old and up) has parents bunking in a motel style room with young children. Children four years old and older who are in the common bunkhouses need to stay with a parent of the same sex (boys with their fathers, girls with their mothers). Under no circumstances will children four years old or older be allowed to bunk or to use the bathhouse on the side of the opposite sex (no boys on the girls’ side etc.). Mothers with little boys under four years old are allowed to have their little boys bunk with them. Girls under four need to bunk with their moms. Weapons: No firearms. (The directors may appoint a trained individual or individuals to carry concealed firearms for security purposes). Dress Code: Our aim is to honor the Lord Jesus Christ in how we dress. We recognize that there is a spectrum of views concerning Christian modesty and varying definitions of what constitutes modesty. We are not trying to be anyone’s conscience, but we do feel that if we are to err, we should err on the side of conservative. If the dress code strikes you as unnecessarily restrictive, please remember that the adjustmen9t will only be for a couple of days. Therefore, we ask that you do not wear: tank tops; spaghetti straps; shirts that reveal breasts when bending to touch the floor or reveal stomach/back when reaching arms overhead; short shorts or skirts (shorts and skirts must fall just above the knees when standing); clothing with wording across the backside; pants that don't stay up or are tight; or clothing with inappropriate words or pictures. If in doubt, please don't bring it. In case of dispute, be prepared to submit to the directors. Pool: If we are able to find a lifeguard and use the pool, there will be separate swim times for guys and gals. Even so, we ask that you wear shorts and dark-colored shirts as your swim attire, consistent with the dress code. Visitor Policy: We would be honored to have visitors come for the day (see meal pricing above in Cost section) and the preaching of God's Word any evening of the week (Mon-Wed at 7 p.m.) Once the service is over, visitors should say their good-byes and proceed to the parking lot.
