Join us for the 2026 Held &amp; Healed Retreat, brought to you by Honor Project Movement Inc. This event is a chance to recharge and reflect while connecting with others in a nurturing environment. We will gather in Port Republic, Virginia (for safety purposes, full address will be sent in confirmation email) during the beautiful fall season. There will be free time on Saturday from 1-6, so you can schedule a hike or walk nearby and enjoy the fall foliage. Early Bird Registration is $250 (by June 1) which includes four sessions, lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and on site art and nature activities. We will also have a Perfect Potluck signup for snacks that will cover breakfasts and evenings.&nbsp; The first 15 to register will also be given to opportunity to sign up for a 15 minute chair massage (for additional cost).&nbsp; There are many restaurant, hotel, and Airbnb options nearby (Port Republic, Grottoes, Weyers Cave, McGaheysville, &nbsp;Massanutten Resort, Harrisonburg, etc.&nbsp; Through meaningful activities and shared experiences, we&#39;ll honor and celebrate the strength within each of us.
