Booth spaces are approximately 10x10 unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, extension cords, and display materials.
All tents/canopies are required to have a minimum of 20 lbs of weight per leg per City of Spokane safety requirements. Stakes are not permitted.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean throughout the event and removing all garbage at the end of the day.
Set up begins at 8am. Vendors must be fully set up and ready to operate by 10am
Tear down may not begin before 6:30pm
Vehicles may be used for unloading during setup, but must be moved to designated parking areas immediately after unloading. No parking on grass or pedestrian/vendor areas.
Food vendors must possess all required permits, including a Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) permit if applicable, and comply with all Spokane Regional Health District regulations.
Food trucks and cooking vendors must have a visible and accessible fire extinguisher onsite.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax when applicable.
Vendors may not sell or display offensive, illegal, unsafe, or discriminatory materials.
Electricity availability is limited and not guaranteed unless previously arranged.
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward guests, volunteers, organizers, and neighboring vendors.
Hillyard Built reserves the right to refuse or remove vendors who do not comply with event guidelines or whose behavior negatively impacts the event atmosphere.
This is a family-friendly community event. Please keep booth displays, music, and interactions appropriate for all ages.
