Dear ISAM&nbsp;member,We are using Zeffy to collect dues payments for this year.&nbsp;Full membership,&nbsp;which is&nbsp;required&nbsp;for attendance at any ISAM CME event, &nbsp;is $100 per member. Zeffy will collect basic demographic information from you and allow us to have an accurate and complete membership list. &nbsp;First time members or a member that missed last year&#39;s dues will need to pay $150 to become current. Please disregard this message if you have previously paid dues for 2026.&nbsp; We ask that you pay by ACH or direct withdrawal, to avoid fees. &nbsp;If you&nbsp;pay by credit card, Zeffy has asked us to highly encourage you to leave at least a 3% donation at the end of checkout to help cover their costs. I&#39;m sure they would appreciate an even higher donation. They are also nonprofit and depend on this money to maintain this very valuable website and accounting service.
