The Holder releases,&nbsp;waives, discharges, and agrees not to hold&nbsp;liable Rt. 66 Street Drags Corporation, The&nbsp;City of Kingman and ADOT and there sanctioning bodies, participants, sponsors, officials, employees, volunteers, agents, officers,&nbsp;directors, contractors, affiliates, vendors,&nbsp;(collectively, the &quot;Released Parties&quot;) from&nbsp;any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, or injuries arising out of or relating to&nbsp;the Holder&#39;s attendance/participation in this&nbsp;Event. The Holder grants Rt. 66 Street Drags&nbsp;and its agents and assigns the irrevocable&nbsp;right to use the Holder&#39;s name, image, likeness, photograph, video &amp; reproduction, for&nbsp;advertisement or promotional material related to the Event, without compensation. Violation of Event rules, including but not limited to possession or use of non event alcohol, Federally illegal substances, firearms/weapons/knives or any other unauthorized&nbsp;items publicly posted or Engaging in threatening, disruptive, dangerous, or unlawful&nbsp;conduct toward oneself or others, may result&nbsp;in immediate removal from the Event.
