Are you ready to take the next step in your professional journey?  In 2026, the Latino Chamber Foundation and the Latino Chamber of Commerce will once again be hosting the Annual Latino Leadership Development Institute of Pueblo!  The Latino Leadership Development Institute of Pueblo is a multi-week educational series that provides business professionals the opportunity to develop valuable leadership skills and knowledge in a wide range of areas. The goal of the program is to create pathways and opportunities for the participants to pursue leadership roles and build relationships within the community.  The program series will officially kick off on Thursday, March 26th for an orientation reception for the participants and guest speakers. Class sessions will begin on Friday, April 3rd and will conclude on Friday, May 1st. All class sessions will be held from 2:00pm – 5:00pm unless noted differently. The location of each session is TBD. Sessions will be led by a current business leader who will share their knowledge and expertise.  The cost to participate is $240.00 per person which includes all class materials, refreshments, and transportation to the State Capitol. Graduates will receive a certificate of completion and a commemorative gift. The deadline to register is Friday, March 20th at 5:00pm. If you are a young adult between the ages of 18-24 years old, there is financial assistance available to help cover the program registration for you through partnership with the Workforce Colorado Rural Alliance.
