Join us for the annual Mt. Olive Harvest Bazaar on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Forest Grove, Oregon. We are excited to welcome both returning and new vendors for a day of handcrafted items, baked goods, holiday shopping, community fellowship, and more. Vendor spaces are available for individuals and businesses offering handmade goods, crafts, boutique items, seasonal d&eacute;cor, baked goods, specialty products, and other family-friendly merchandise. EVENT HOURSSaturday, October 10, 20269:00 AM &ndash; 3:30 PM SETUP INFORMATIONOptional Friday setup will be available on Friday, October 9, 2026 from 12:00 PM &ndash; 6:00 PM.Saturday morning setup begins at 7:00 AM. All booths must be fully set up by 9:00 AM.Vendors are expected to remain set up until the Bazaar closes at 3:30 PM unless prior arrangements have been approved by the Bazaar Committee. TABLES &amp; DISPLAYS6 or 8 ft. tables are provided based on availability and vendor needs. Vendors may request a table size preference or indicate if they will bring their own table/display so appropriate space can be allocated. BOOTH PLACEMENTWe are happy to accept booth placement requests and will do our best to accommodate them when possible. However, exact placement cannot be guaranteed. Some long-standing returning vendors may receive priority consideration for previous spaces. Final booth assignments are determined by the Bazaar Committee in order to create the best overall experience for vendors and guests. ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONVendor registration is not considered complete until payment has been received. Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
