Swag Bag Vendors send us items to market and promote their business through the swag bags. They should send us enough items for 50 swag bags by September 5, 2025. These items can be dropped off at our office location during scheduled times (749A Thimble Shoals Blvd., Newport News, VA 23606).  They can also choose to mail the items to: Social Butterflies Foundation, P.O. Box 1652, Newport News, VA 23601. Swag Bag Vendors will have their business promoted on our Facebook event page only.  

The vendor is responsible for providing their own table and chairs to showcase and sell their product(s). Your business will be promoted on Social Butterflies Foundation's social media pages and our newsletter. Vendors can bring one additional person with them to help run their business. Any additional people must purchase an admission ticket. Only one direct sales representative per direct sales company.

One 6ft table and two chairs will be provided for the vendor to showcase and sell their product(s). Food truck vendors must have their permit for the city of Hampton and any required food license. Your business will be promoted on Social Butterflies Foundation's social media pages and our newsletter.

We need volunteers to help make this event a success. We need volunteers to help set up, registration, mission, merchandise, and cleanup. Volunteers will arrive at 8:00 a.m. to help with setup. The setup includes hanging backdrops and setting up select tables and chairs. Volunteers will help guide vendors to their setup location. Volunteers will also help oversee SBF tables during the event. Volunteers will help clean up beginning at 4 pm.
