The 2026 Parent Care Workshop is a dedicated space for parents and caregivers of former NICU families to find hope, healing and possibility after the NICU. We are hosting a morning session specifically for parents and caregivers micropreemies (babies born 28 weeks and earlier and/or less than or equal to 2lbs) from 9am-noon, and an afternoon session for all NICU parents and caregivers from 1-4pm. Together, we name what&rsquo;s hard, honor what&rsquo;s been lost, and recognize how far you and your child have come.&nbsp; Led by a licensed family and trauma therapist and the 4those team, this workshop offers information about how trauma like early birth and the journey that follows impacts our identities and lives, practical tools for day‑to‑day coping, time to process your story, and room to connect with others who understand the long haul of extreme prematurity.
