Booth Details

• $125 vendor fee (non-refundable), due at time of registration
• 12×12 booth space — bring your own 10×10 tent (no larger), tables, chairs, and electrical cords if needed
• All displays must remain within your assigned 12×12 space
• Vendors must be fully set up and ready before the event opens and must remain set up for the full event — no early breakdown
• No vehicles permitted near booths during the event; unload during designated load-in time, then move your vehicle to vendor parking

⚠️ Operating from a pulled trailer? If your setup is trailer-based — regardless of what you are selling — or if your setup exceeds the standard 12×12 space, you are required to register as a Food Truck / Pulled Trailer vendor instead. Please select that registration category.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

• Spots are limited — applications close Sunday, September 27, 2026, so apply early to secure your space
• We cap the number of similar-category vendors to keep the market diverse and protect your sales opportunity
• Vendors are featured on our Facebook and Instagram in the weeks leading up to the festival, great exposure to thousands of local families before you even set up your tent!

• Must supply your own electrical cords and/or generator if needed
• Must be fully stocked and ready to serve for the entire event — no early breakdown
• Designated load-in and load-out times will be provided ahead of the event
• No vehicles permitted near vendor areas during the event outside of designated load-in and load-out windows
