$20 per outlet. Please designate on your signed vendor form if you need 110 (20 amp), 110 (30 amp), 220 (30 amp), 220 (50 amp), or 220 (60 amp). If you need more than one outlet, please select a quantity of two or more.

On Friday, September 18, 2026, businesses representing the medical, dental, vision, fitness, therapy, massage, home health, rehab, senior transition, and related health care services, along with your Pittsburg Camp County Chamber of Commerce, will welcome our community to a free health fair.

Each vendor is asked to provide a door or bingo prize with a minimum value of $25. We recommend you attach your business card to the prize for advertising value.

Health Fair Vendor Guidelines:

*Booth spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Only 25 booths are available. Each booth includes one 6ft table and two chairs.

*Vendors are encouraged to offer interactive activities, preferably educational.

*Booth setup begins at 8:00 a.m. on the day of the Health Fair. Booths must remain in place until the event ends at 12:00 p.m.

*Please email [email protected] if you need electricity, as this affects booth placement. Vendors must supply their own HEAVY-DUTY, UL-APPROVED EXTENSION CORD.

*Building rules prohibit attaching materials to the walls or ceiling.

*At the conclusion, vendors are expected to clean their area. Since this is a volunteer-run event, assistance in keeping areas free of trash is appreciated.
