ONLY PRE-APPROVED VENDORS WILL BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND THIS EVENT! 2026 Annual PFP Plant Sale Vendor Guidelines &amp; Resources&nbsp; Address (Rain or shine): Vassar Barns, 49 Vassar Farm Ln, Poughkeepsie NY 12603 and the surrounding lawn&nbsp; Set Up &amp; Break-Down Time &amp; Place: Anytime between 8:30-10 AM, breakdown by 4PM.&nbsp;Event Time:&nbsp;10 AM - 3 PM&nbsp;Pre-Event and Day-of Contact:&nbsp; TBD Is it free? There is a $50/day fee (or $75 for food and beverage vendors), which will be paid as a tax deductible donation to PFP. Pay-What-You-Can Pricing is available to all QTBIPOC and disabled vendors. All fees directly support PFP&rsquo;s mission-aligned programming.&nbsp;&nbsp;Set-up materials &amp; location: Unless a vendor has an accessibility or mobility limitation that requires being set up in the Barn, we will ask vendors to set up in the Courtyard with our food vendors adjacent to the Barns. There is space close to the barn where you can pull a vehicle up temporarily to unload your materials. We will also be directing the flow of customer check-out and traffic so that ALL customers exit to pass by vendor tables to maximize your exposure.&nbsp; Vendors must provide their own tent, table, chair(s) and materials.
