PMHA 2026 Annual Homeowner Dues ONLY (No Pool Membership)

Homeowner dues is required for POOL registration and is included in options below. This membership-only option is for non-pool members.
POOL - 2026 Senior (60+) + required HO dues
$155
All household members are 60+. Pool rate is $130 plus $25 for Homeowner Dues.
This assumes that the sum of your contributions to the original Capital Expense fee ($60 or $125) AND to the Save-The-Pool purchase campaign (in 2025-26) is at least $200. If not, please include the difference in the extra donation section and add a comment explaining the donation breakdown.
POOL - 2026 Small Household (1-2 people) + required HO dues
$225
Non-senior 1-2 people household. Pool rate is $200 plus $25 Homeowner Dues.
This assumes that the sum of your contributions to the original Capital Expense fee ($60 or $125) AND to the Save-The-Pool purchase campaign (in 2025-26) is at least $325. If not, please include the difference in the extra donation section and add a comment explaining the donation breakdown.
POOL - 2026 Family (3+ people) + required HO dues
$275
This assumes that the sum of your contributions to the original Capital Expense fee ($60 or $125) AND to the Save-The-Pool purchase campaign (in 2025-26) is at least $325. If not, please include the difference in the extra contribution section and add a comment explaining the donation breakdown.
