This event does require a waiver to be signed, if you are 18 you are able to sign this yourself. &nbsp;If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign the form and this needs to be returned back by April 30. The waivers can be dropped off at the inside concession stand when the Post Prom Parents are there selling tickets or you can leave in the main office in the Post Prom mailbox. &nbsp; If you are bringing a guest, they are required to complete their own waiver form as well.
