Registration and breakfast will begin at 7:30am. We&rsquo;re thrilled to announce the upcoming Special Needs Consortium&rsquo;s Disability Summit &mdash; an event for individuals, families, educators and service providers. &nbsp;Our theme this year is From Birth Through Adulthood: Championing Persons with Disabilities. This summit will feature a variety of knowledgeable presenters with breakout sessions covering three tracks. &nbsp;These tracks include early childhood and school age, secondary transition, and adulthood. We&rsquo;ll also have many wonderful vendors and opportunities for connection and collaboration. &nbsp; Attendees must be at least 18 years of age. Please note, the additional Zeffy &quot;Help keep Zeffy Free&quot; fee at the end of your purchase is optional and can be set to $0.
