Mondays 6/22, 7/6, 7/20, 7/27 3:00 -3:30pm

The focus of this class is to strengthen back outside to forward outside edge with proper body positioning in the preparation heading take off, becoming aware of the importance of being over the circle, and stepping out in the lead up to the take off, how to generate energy that will be released in the "spring" to convert horizontal velocity into vertical height. Development of quick twitch muscles for quick reaction into the flight path position, then strengthening load and unload positions along with proper landing position. Exercises for the prep, take-off, flight path and landing will be performed.  Appropriate for those in Aspire 1 and up.

Tuesdays:

This class will provide lots of information and details regarding all single jumps waltz through lutz.  Working on core strength, balance and flexibility and the development of sound technique in the take offs, flight path and position, as well as landings for each jump.  It will address proper posture, alignment over the circle and control..

Axel through double loop. This will entail rigorous rotational speed exercises, fast twitch muscle exercises, developing a strong core to stop rotation, along with balance and agility drills while developing and maintaining proper and safe jump technique.  

Non club member fee for any class taken by a non FCFSC member with board approval.
