🐾 BRING YOUR DOG GUIDELINES + EVENT WAIVER 🐾

We LOVE seeing dogs out enjoying life… but this is a structured, safety-first environment for both people and animals. Please read carefully before attending with your dog.

DOG REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):

• Dogs must be friendly, social, and non-aggressive toward humans and other dogs

• Must be comfortable in stimulating environments (people, kids, trails, noises)

• Must be up to date on rabies and core vaccinations

• Must be on a secure leash at ALL times (no retractable leashes)

• Must be under control of handler at all times

• No excessive barking, lunging, or disruptive behavior

NOT A GOOD FIT FOR THIS EVENT IF YOUR DOG:

• Has a bite history

• Is reactive, fearful, or easily overwhelmed

• Guards resources (toys, food, people)

• Cannot be safely handled in public

👉 If this sounds like your dog, we ask that you leave them at home. This is for everyone’s safety, including your dog.

HANDLER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You are 100% responsible for your dog’s behavior at all times

• Clean up after your dog immediately

• Do not allow nose-to-nose greetings without clear consent from both parties

• Give space on trails. Not everyone wants interaction

• Bring water, waste bags, and anything your dog needs to be successful

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY:

Any dog showing signs of aggression, repeated reactivity, or unsafe behavior will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

⚖️ LIABILITY WAIVER (PLEASE READ):

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You understand that this is an outdoor, trail-based event with inherent risks including uneven terrain, wildlife, and interactions with other people and animals

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation for yourself, your children, and your dog(s)

• You agree that Cleo’s Legacy Inc., EarthJOY Treehouse Village, property owners, volunteers, and affiliates are NOT liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or incident that may occur

This includes but is not limited to:

• Dog bites or altercations

• Injuries from terrain, weather, or natural elements

• Lost or escaped dogs

• Personal injury or property damage

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cleo’s Legacy Inc. and all associated parties from any claims arising from your participation

We want this to be an incredible experience for everyone. Bringing your dog is a privilege, not a requirement. Please make the decision that sets your dog and others up for success.
