Department of Alabama School of Instruction Join us from Friday, August 21st, to Sunday, August 23rd, for the annual Department of Alabama VFW School of Instruction and banquet. This event is required for all Commanders, Quartermasters, and new Trustees to be eligible for All-State awards. Room reservations close on 21 July 2026 or when filled, whichever comes first. Early Bird Registration ends July 31st; it will be $70 thereafter and at the door. Don&#39;t forget your VFW Silent Auction items to support the Southern Conference!
