Please rank the areas that you prefer to help.  You can choose specific times in the next section.  We will do our best to assign you to your top choices.

Here is what your options are:

• Event Assistance:  Volunteers will help with setting up the festival grounds including but not limited to ... Setting up tents; Setting up tables & chairs; Setting up launch field, parking lot, and other areas; Hanging banners; Put up signage; setting up and serving food to the pilots/crew, monitoring badge entry, clean-up after meals and briefings.; Running errands; Monitoring trash bins and picking up liter; Handing out programs; Assisting with setting up food for pilots; ID checks; Assisting as needed
• Balloon Crew: This would be a fairly large commitment as we need people that can commit to be available for any flights the pilots take between Sunday, July 12th and Friday, July 19th. Flight time commitments are every morning 5:00a.-10:00a. and most evenings 5:00p.-10:00p.  You need to be able to lift heavy equipment and move swiftly along uneven grounds.
• Scoring Team:  
  
  This would be a fairly large commitment as we need people that can commit to be available for any flights the pilots take between Sunday, July 12th and Friday, July 19th. Flight time commitments are every morning 5:00a.-10:00a. and most evenings 5:00p.-10:00p.  You need to be able to move swiftly along uneven grounds.
• Education Tent: During the HAJ weekend, volunteers will help man the Education tent, engaging with visitors and answering questions (answers provided), helping with kid's craft activities, and providing general support where needed.
