Eligibility Requirement

Commitment to Women-Owned Business: In alignment with our mission to elevate and support female leadership, all applicants must be majority women-owned businesses (51% or more). By submitting this application, you certify that your business meets this requirement.

Your Exhibitor Package Includes:

• Prime Visibility: One (1) dedicated exhibitor space within the main networking hall.
• Booth Setup: One (1) 6ft draped table and two (2) chairs.
• Summit Access: Two (2) Exhibitor Passes providing full access to the summit’s keynote programming, catered dinner, and refreshments.
• Engagement: Full participation in all facilitated networking activities and attendees.

Exhibitor Policies & Information

• Limited Availability: Exhibitor spots are curated to ensure a diverse range of industries. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Professional Presence: We ask that all booths be fully set up 60 minutes prior to the doors opening. Booths must remain staffed for the duration of the scheduled networking blocks.
• Branding: You are encouraged to bring your own professional signage (e.g., retractable banners), provided they fit within your allotted 6ft footprint.
• Non-Transferable: Exhibitor placements are valid only for the business named on the application and may not be sublet or shared with another entity.
• Cancellation Policy: Because space is strictly limited to ensure maximum ROI for our vendors, exhibitor fees are non-refundable.

• Commitment Fee Due: February 26, 2026 (Please note: The $150 commitment fee is non-refundable and secures your placement in the VendHER marketplace.)
