Breakdown and load-out are permitted only after the event officially concludes at 8:30 PM. Early teardown is strictly prohibited and may impact your eligibility for future summits. Liability Waiver:&nbsp;Neither Valley Partners nor the Eastwood Event Centre shall be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any merchandise, equipment, or personal belongings. Vendors are solely responsible for their items and are encouraged to never leave their booths unattended.
