LXCL:Each active member organization or other entity of the Deaf shall pay annually its renewal membership dues for the NDBO, any National Sports and the CAAD to the Secretary-Treasurer of this Association before December 1st to be eligible for the regional basketball participation.

LXCL:New club/organization, and independent team shall pay the $50 one time fee for the new CAAD membership/affiliation.
