Please note that funds donated to Zeffy through the contribution field do NOT go to Mule Deer Foundation, and cannot be refunded once payment is made.&nbsp; Mule Deer Foundation Calendar Rules:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">A MDF Calendar, which includes a Membership, is $50.00. The purchase of a MDF Calendar constitutes one chance to win a firearm per week, 52 drawings, and a MDF regular membership. If purchaser already has a paid membership, membership will be applied to a future year.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">There is no limit on the number of calendars a person may purchase.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Persons under the age of 21 may not purchase a calendar or win a firearm.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Cash, personal checks, and credit cards will be accepted for the purchase of a calendar. Checks returned NSF will be disqualified from drawings and fees may be charged to the check owner.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Random drawings for the firearms will begin the first week of 2027 on Wednesday and each week thereafter on every Wednesday. The 52 winning calendar numbers will be drawn using a computerized Random Number Generating Program customized by the MDF Accounting Firm.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Winners need not be present to win. Each calendar will have an equal chance of being drawn for every firearm.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Each firearm to be awarded are printed on the calendar with image on each Wednesday, 52 different firearms.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The winner of the drawing for each week will receive the firearm printed on that Wednesday of the week of the drawing.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Should a winner reside in a state not eligible for a firearm offered on the calendar, they will receive a state compliant firearm of similar value pending the results of an FFL Firearm Check.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Weekly pictures may vary slightly from actual firearm. MDF reserves the right to modify the firearm if needed based on the manufacturers available inventory.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">All firearms must be claimed within 30 days after notification is made. After 30 days, the firearm will become the property of MDF.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The winner of the firearm must pass an FFL Firearm Check. If the winner cannot pass the check, then a gift certificate will be awarded from Reeds Family Outdoor Outfitters of similar value for the firearm specified for any drawing.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">All winners will be responsible for any fees related to that firearm, if applicable, such as shipping ($25), FFL transfer fee, taxes, etc.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">All federal and state firearm regulations must be met by the winner before the transfer of the firearm to that winner occurs.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">All winners of the firearms will be notified by phone and/or email.
